License & Services Agreement
Effective July 21, 2026 · SuP3RNoVa.vip ("SuP3RNoVa", "we", "us"). By creating a page or completing checkout, you ("you", "the Creator") agree to these terms.
- We own the platform; you license it. SuP3RNoVa is our software — you get a license to use it, not ownership of the app.
- What it costs: a one-time $199 license fee, plus a $25 Domain Storage Fee billed every 3 months (quarterly) that keeps your site name and hosting live.
- It renews automatically every quarter until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; the recurring fee then stops at the end of the current period.
- Miss a payment? You get a 30-day grace period with reminders. If the fee is still unpaid after 30 days, your page and its data are deleted — you can export anytime, and paying within the window keeps your page live.
- Your content stays yours. We access the analytics and usage data generated on the platform to run and improve the service.

1. The license
SuP3RNoVa owns and retains all rights to the Platform — the software, page designs, templates, tools (media player, Follow-All engine, AI editors, Admin HQ, analytics) and all related intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform to build and operate your own creator page for as long as your account is in good standing. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or rebrand the Platform itself.
2. Fees & billing
- License fee: a one-time $199, charged at sign-up. This grants your license to the Platform.
- Domain Storage Fee: $25, charged every 3 months (quarterly), beginning at sign-up. It covers keeping your site name, hosting and stored media live.
- Auto-renewal: the Domain Storage Fee renews automatically each quarter using your payment method on file until you cancel.
- Cancellation: you may cancel the recurring fee at any time from your billing settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future quarterly charges; it takes effect at the end of the current paid period and is not retroactively refunded.
- Sales commission: SuP3RNoVa retains 3% of the value of each sale you make through your page (music, merchandise and tickets). It is netted from your payout; the remaining 97% is yours. Payment-processor fees are charged separately by Stripe.
- Taxes may apply based on your location and are additional where required.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
3. Non-payment, grace period & deletion
If a Domain Storage Fee payment fails or is not made, we notify you through your chosen billing notifications and begin a 30-day grace period. During those 30 days your page stays live, you can pay at any time to keep it, and you can export all of your content. We send reminders during the grace period so you have a clear chance to renew or export.
If the fee is still unpaid at the end of the 30-day grace period, your page and its stored data are deleted. Deletion is permanent, so please export your content before the grace period ends if you do not intend to renew. Paying the outstanding amount within the 30 days keeps your page live with no interruption.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload or create — your music, videos, images, text, brand and links ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, display and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Platform and show your page to your visitors. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload.
5. Data & analytics access
To run the service and power your Admin HQ dashboards, you grant SuP3RNoVa the right to collect, access, store, process and use the analytics and metadata generated through your use of the Platform — including page visits, Follow-All clicks, sales, engagement, and technical and device metadata. We use this to operate, secure, support and improve the Service and to produce your analytics.
Connected accounts. Where you choose to connect a third-party account (for example Meta / Instagram / Facebook, or a streaming platform), we access only the data that platform lets you grant us through its official permission (OAuth) screen — the exact scopes you approve, nothing more — and our use of it is also subject to that platform's own terms. We never ask for or store your passwords to those accounts.

6. Acceptable use
Don't use the Platform for anything unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful, and don't upload content you don't have the rights to. We may suspend accounts that violate this.
7. Termination
You can stop using the Platform and cancel the recurring fee at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or breach of these terms. The one-time license fee is non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; if we make a material change to fees or your rights, we'll give you reasonable advance notice. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept it.
